Email messages will be delivered between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Messages received outside these hours will be delivered the next business day.

Due to patient confidentiality and/or the patient's medical condition, we cannot confirm to you that any patient is inhouse, or guarantee that the message will be delivered to them. This service is provided simply as a free customer service. To get the best results, please try to include as much information as possible in your message to help us to identify the patient.
